10-10:15 Introduction
10:15–11:00 Brenda Solonoski: MAKING A SUGAR SCRUB Brenda will review the various
properties of carrier oils such as Coconut, Grapeseed & Apricot AND the benefits of herbs
such as lavender or chamomile so you can choose a mix meeting your sensory needs.
11-NOON Joanna Haneman: Body Wisdom: Deepening your Relationship with Your Body.
Together we will explore the consciousness of our bodies down to the cellular level. Being in
deeper communication with our bodies is a practice in love for ourselves that calls our inner
beauty forth. During this experimental presentation, participants will be guided to tune into the
wisdom of their bodies to discover new awareness.
NOON- 1:00 Lunch: Bring a lunch. Snacks & drinks provided.
1-2:30 Cindie James: CREATE AN ESSENCE OF BEAUTY SPIRIT CARD
You will be guided to create a spirit card collage centered on the theme of beauty and its inner
meaning for you. We will explore and witness this process as a collective with a closing
activity. You may bring your own image(s) from magazines, photos etc. that inspire your spark
of beauty or use materials available at the retreat.
2:30 -4 Johanna Monko Geister: Sacred Unity with a WATER BLESSING CEREMONY
Afterwards Johanna will guide us through a MEDITATION focused on the flow of the water
Element to cleanse our impurities & expose our inner beauty.
Jill Reed will CHANNEL messages of Beauty from ARCHANGELS Barachiel, Ariel &
Muriel followed by a SACRED OIL ANOINTING with a MARY MAGDALENE TRANSMISSION.
(Mary sings through Jill during hands on healings, so the transmission may include song.)
