The majority of the herbs utilized in all the products are grown and harvested here. The plants available for sale have been either naturally growing or populated on this property.
Located only 45-60 minutes from Harrisburg, Chambersburg, Shippensburg or Carlisle, our 22 acre property offers serenity, fun and an educational experience for those of all ages and interests.
Reiki and Chakra Clearing are forms of energy manipulation in the body. Appointments are available for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
The property offers various indoor and outdoor activities along with day and weekend get-a-ways or events for small groups. A large pavilion with picnic table seating for 48 people, water, electric, a fire pit and a cooking fireplace is available. An outdoor kitchen with a wash station, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave oven, drip coffee maker, and hot plate is also located at the pavilion along with access to an internet connection. There are horseshoe pits and a disc golf course too.
The enclosed pole barn with cement floor and large sliding barn door offers a large unique indoor space. Electric, water, internet access, along with various tables and chairs are available there.
Inside the Lower-level suite of the house, the open floor plan offers plenty of space for groups while still being able to seat 20 in its kitchen areas. Overnight guests have the choice to stay in the 2 Lower-level bedrooms, and in the Great Room on a futon and/or on mattresses and cots. The large paver patio with ample seating and fire pit offers another area to gather. The Tiny House offers a glamping experience for 2-4 guests by the stream at the edge of our lower field. The rustic Cabin offers 2-6 guests a place to stay close to the pavilion with views of the pond. Those outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy camping in the field or at one of the 6 sites in the woods.
In her life before herbs and Reiki took over Brenda was the co-founder of four alternative sport and fun stores in the south-central PA area that for the past 27 years conducted many large promotional events. She was also the co-director of the largest Footbag tournament on the east coast for 25 years which earned her the honor of being inducted into the Footbag Hall of Fame.
Joe keeps the grounds looking good at all times besides being our maintenance man, lumber jack and designer of the Disc Golf Course on the property. He was the other co-founder of the alternative sport and fun stores and the Footbag tournament. He was also inducted in the Footbag Hall of Fame.
Bella takes pride in her position but does comply to watch from a distance for those unsure of their security due to her. 🙂
Her main job is to keep groundhogs, rabbits and squirrels out of the gardens.
